2–3 photos per room are enough – ideally a wide-angle shot from the door and a reverse angle. The photos in your existing listing almost always work. Important: you must hold the usage rights to the photos (if a photographer took them, please double-check).
Every tour includes one revision round – for pacing, music or room order. And before your first booking you can request a free short demo made from your own photos, so you see the result up front.
On your own website and direct booking page, on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business and in ads – you receive full usage rights to the files. Worth knowing: Airbnb and Booking.com currently do not allow videos inside listings. That is exactly the opportunity – a video on your own booking page keeps visitors longer and drives direct bookings without platform commission.
Every room shown in the tour counts – living area, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor area. Hallways, storage rooms and passages do not count. Up to 4 rooms shown, the tour is €199; for 5–8 rooms it is €299; larger properties are quoted individually.
